How to put Social Network Links on your Roblox Profile!

A fantastic new Roblox update allows users to put links to their social network sites onto their Roblox profile! I am going to show you just how easy it is to add them.
Below you can see what the links look like on Shedletsky's profile.

First, click on the settings cog on the top right of the websites and click on settings.

Next, under my account select the "social" tab.

You can now copy and paste the links of your YouTube and Twitch channels, Facebook page or account and Twitter profile. You can also select who these links are visible to, such as only your friends or followers. Do not put links to inappropriate pages or else you may get permanently banned from Roblox. You can see below that I have typed in my YouTube URL. Once you are finished, click "update".

When you click back on your profile, you will notice that the links are still not there, but don't worry, they are just hiding. To see them yourself, you have to click "View public profile" above your avatar on your profile.

Now scroll down and they should be there! You can see the link to my YouTube channel is now on my Roblox profile!

I would recommend that you click on the links yourself to check that they are working.

This is a really good Roblox update, because it allows users to easily share their social networking sites with their Roblox friends. I would like it if Roblox added more websites that people can share, such as Blogger and Tumblr. 2nd Roblox YouTube video by Tobuscus: Tornado!

Well Toby has waisted no time creating his second Roblox video for our enjoyment. I like it more than the last one because it's longer, more interesting and he is clueless what to do at the beginning. His first Roblox video has already reached over 300 000 views and he is making more shortly. Anyway, here is the video made on the Roblox game: Tornado Survival. Yeah, so it's pretty funny, especially when he starts talking to the little girl person and saying he looks at her! And everyone loves the fact that he is rubbish/not-got-a-clue-what-he's-doing at the games he plays, which adds to the enjoyment for us at home. Soon though, I'm sure he will get the hand of Roblox and hopefully play some more interesting games. I would like to see him on games like Apocalypse Rising, Paintball, Crossroads and maybe an obby or survive the disasters.

He doesn't seem to be accepting friend requests yet, he only has two friends one being builderman, and his place which is just a base plate has over 3700 visits!

Tobuscus's first Roblox video!

If you read my last post you will know Tobuscus said Roblox was the type of game he likes to play, but it was unknown if he would release any game play videos of Roblox on his games channel, TobyGames.

He was on a BrickBattle game,  Red Vs Blue Vs Green Vs Yellow, and he already seems quite good. He is making more videos soon in a series called Let's play Roblox and hopefully he will play some top quality games from different genres, not just fighting.

Now that he plays Roblox it is a massive free advert for Roblox, as he has over 5 million subscribers, which means 5 million potential users.

Toby Turner (Tobuscus) plays Roblox!

The famous Youtuber Toby Turner has tweeted that he likes ROBLOX because it's the type of game he needs to play and has been tweeting with Merely, Clonetrooper1019 and other Robloxians!
Weather he has an account yet, what his avatar is called and if his making a video about it, is all unknown, however it is likely he will do something with it as he has confirmed he likes it.

 

 

His channel has 4 million subscribers and his games channel (which the Roblox videos would be uploaded to) has over 5 million on YouTube, so it would be a huge advertisement for Roblox!

 

Hopefully he will play ROBLOX and maybe make a few videos and if there is any more news on the story it will obviously be uploaded to this very blog!

 

Sorry for the lack of blog posts, I've been on holiday. Back to normal now though!
