LeakBLOX Shut Down - ROBLOX

It was announced today that the popular twitter account LeakBlox, which leaked pictures of ROBLOX items that were not yet released, has shut down. It comes after the account rapidly gained thousands of followers, many of which followed the page to try and discover what prizes would come out of the gifts during "Giftsplosion" 2014. After getting an e-mail from ROBLOX regarding the information he posts, the creator of LeakBlox, NewYearCountdown (who is now banned from Roblox) chose to stop posting onto the twitter account. Here are his last tweets on the account:

The creator of LeakBlox continues to post tweets on his other Twitter account, @brassrhino but for now LeakBlox is inactive. Many people are unhappy that Roblox got so angry about a relatively minor thing. The account only has 2,300 followers and not all of the leaks he posted ever came out. The leaks that were released often were often on the Roblox catalog within 24 hours after he leaked them, so many people would not have had time to see the leak in the first place. It was not as if LeakBlox was ruining Roblox, nor was it making any money for it's creator or causing Roblox to lose any. Many people saw it as being harmless, however Roblox were unhappy with the twitter account and have acted on it.

Unofficial Roblox shut down.

Hey Robloxians, I have been an idiot and made a spelling mistake in my URL when I created this blog. I spelt Unofficial with double "l"! So I have fixed the problem, however it will mean you will no longer be able to click on my old blog posts on google, it will just say that the blog has been removed. Don't worry though, it has not been removed, it's just because the old URL doesn't exist any more. I will have less page views whilst I'm rebuilding my blog with posts using the new URL spelt correctly, but it will be worth it in the end and I hope you understand my problem. If you are worried you won't find this blog again, all you have to do is type in http://www.unofficialroblox.blogspot.co.uk in your browser. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you continue to read my blog. I have had well over 1000 page views in just 2 and a half months which I am really pleased about.

MASSIVE Roblox update!!! Thumbs up or down rating!

Today, Roblox have updated their website big time! You now have the ability to vote thumbs up if you like the game or thumbs down if you don't, like on youtube.

This allows players to see the ratings of the game before they play on it, and if you've played the game yourself, you can also vote. Roblox are not having a game sort for most voted games, however they are considering this in the future. You can only vote if you have a valid email address. Also, if a game is popular but has loads of dislikes, it will be pushed down the popular page!
As well as this update, look at the new layout for games!

The play button is at the side instead of underneath and the thumbnail is much bigger!
And Roblox Mobile app has been updated, fixing the ticket glitch I posted about the other day and to show the voting bar.
